decibel perform in the 2007 BMIC Cutting Edge Series

This is the first London concert in two years by decibel. The programme consists of energetic and subversive new music for ensemble and electronics and will be recorded by BBC Radio 3 for future broadcast. The focus of this concert will be on the dynamic music of Joe Cutler, Ireland's Ed Bennett and Donnacha Dennehy and the theatrical mischief of UK-based German composer Michael Wolters. Alongside is music from radical living composers of today with connections to both ensembles, including Howard Skempton (continuing his 60th birthday celebration) Andrew Hamilton and Vinko Globokar. 13th December 2007, the Warehouse, Theed Street, London@7:00PM.
