Orchestra of the 21st Century in the Netherlands

‘Belonging’ for orchestra and voice received its premiere in two performances on the 29th and 30th February as part of the Andriessen Festival in Anrhem the Netherlands.

The work was commissioned for the joint forces of Het Gelders Orkest, Orkest de ereprijs and the wonderful voice of Sterre Konijn and incorporated text from Irish poet, friend and collaborator Cherry Smyth.
